Terms - Payment - Cancellation
Class dates are subject to change or cancellation. Minimum of 4 students required to conduct class. It is our goal to always hold the scheduled class.
Student / Company Cancellations must be made ten business days before the first day of the meeting and/or training class and are subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds after this period. Training substitutes or transfers are permitted without penalty. Please substitute information in writing 2 business days before the beginning of a course. To cancel, e-mail email@example.com, or write to RedBird Corporation, 121 Cynthia Lane, Summerville, SC 29485. When traveling to visit us, we suggest that you purchase refundable transportation tickets, such as airline tickets. If a meeting and/or course is canceled, you will be notified by email, letter or telephone.
No refunds or rescheduled classes will be provided for no-shows.
RedBird Corporation reserves the right to provide substitute seminar | training leaders at their or business associate facilities.
If, for any reason, RedBird Corporation cancels a seminar, RedBird Corporation assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel/lodging costs or expenses. RedBird Corporation will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancellation.
